South Africa’s deputy president, Cyril Ramaphosa, stood in for his boss –President Jacob Zuma –(who is attending the G20 Summit in China) in parliament on Thursday, presenting government-issue, noiseless fruit-flavoured condoms to lawmakers. The condoms, Cyril Ramaphosa explained, were developed after complaints that government condoms were smelly and noisy.
It caused quite a wild roar in parliament......
