The Brazilian attacker scored one and set up another as the Reds added to the misery of the home side and marched into the fourth round of the competition

Liverpool strolled into the fourth round of the EFL Cup with a 3-0 win over Derby County on Tuesday.

Ragnar Klavan opened the floodgates 24 minutes inito the game as he put Jurgen Klopp’s men in the lead, pouncing on a poor cross and beating the keeper.

Five minutes into the second half, Philippe Coutinho made it 2-0 as he was found in acres of space in the box and fired into the net.

Shortly afterwards, Liverpool added to their lead through Divock Origi, taking on a Coutinho through ball and finishing.
